Job summary

Chico’s FAS in Marietta, GA seeks a dynamic leader to guide a multi-store team, driving hospitality, experience, and relationships with customers. You will champion selling culture and operational excellence, partnering with senior leaders to execute company initiatives and develop future leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-store leadership in specialty retail, strong communication, and the ability to travel. This is a full-time position located in-store at Chico’s FAS retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School degree required.
• 5+ years multi-store leadership experience in specialty retail.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-store leadership team to maximize store performance.
• Deliver hospitality-focused customer experiences and build relationships.
• Partner with field leadership to implement company initiatives.
• Analyze P&L and drive EBITDA through selling culture.
• Develop talent and succession within stores.
