Five Below is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stores within the district, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance. You will coach store managers, implement company merchandising standards, and drive talent development across the district.

Role requires 5–7 years in retail management, a bachelor’s preferred, and strong communication and data analysis skills. Travel across the district with a focus on inclusion, culture, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coaching and developing teams at scale.
• Proficient in data analysis and basic budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead district to deliver sustained business performance and productivity.
• Coach store managers to drive customer experience and sales targets.
• Develop and execute talent strategies, recruitment pipelines, and succession plans.
• Monitor merchandising standards and store execution across districts.
• Partner with HR and operations to address personnel and performance issues.
