Job summary

Public Storage seeks a strong leader to recruit, motivate and retain a customer-facing front-line team and to coach on service and sales strategies. You will manage assets, vendor relations and maintain safety standards while driving operational excellence.

You will also oversee delinquent tenant processes, reduce delinquencies, audit properties monthly and ensure top-tier customer experience. The role emphasizes analytics to grow the business and strong communication with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality or related industry.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Weekend availability by telephone and occasional travel may be required during peak season.
