Job summary

The ideal candidate will handle installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades, while training staff and coordinating with the Technology team on acquisitions and standards. Travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology or a related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+/Network+ desired. Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) preferred.
• CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and upgrade computer hardware, software and networks across multiple campuses.
• Provide frontline support and train users in effective use of technology.
• Assist in planning and acquiring hardware and software for the district.
