Job summary

Clayton County Public Schools in Jonesboro seeks an Instructional Support Teacher (Secondary - District Level) to provide differentiated, job-embedded instructional support to teachers and instructional coaches across K-12. This on-site role reports to the Executive Directors of Academic Implementation.

You will lead data-informed instruction, support fidelity of STAP goals, and collaborate with district leaders, PLCs, and content specialists to improve student outcomes and implementation of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or related field required; master's preferred.
Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
GaPSC professional educator certificate at T4 level or higher; endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide differentiated, job-embedded instructional support to teachers and leaders.
Support fidelity of STAP goals, data-informed instruction, and PLCs.
Coach, model, observe, and provide professional learning aligned to priorities.
Coordinate follow-up support and analyze implementation data.
Travel among assigned schools to support district initiatives.
