Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading large maintenance programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop budgets, monitor performance and administer strategic plans.
• Knowledge of federal, state and transportation rules, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor budgets for assigned program areas.
• Coordinate the district Maintenance Program, Roadside Program, Pavement Management Program and related efforts.
• Lead Emergency Response and Severe Weather programs and manage resource allocation.
• Represent VDOT on internal and external committees and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee maintenance contracting, performance reporting and asset management planning.
