Daikin Applied Americas seeks a District Sales and Service Manager in New Orleans to lead Account Managers and a service team across turnkey projects, building automation and energy solutions.

The role oversees district P&L, builds strong customer and partner relationships, and coaches staff to achieve revenue and safety goals. In-office with customers in New Orleans and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience in commercial HVAC service or parallel industry.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Leadership in Service, Sales, and Operations.
• Experience managing financial statements and P&L.

Responsabilités

• Lead Account Managers enabling growth in service and repair, complex turnkey, building automation and energy solution projects.
• Provide leadership for the service team, including Service Coordinators, Account Managers, and Technicians.
• Coach and develop employees to maximize performance and potential; align resources to meet deadlines and quality.
• Manage district P&L and deliver on revenue and operating income goals.
• Build and maintain rapport with internal and external partners to meet sales objectives.
• Drive implementation of Daikin culture with safety and People-Centered Management.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train new employees for ongoing development.
• Solicit and apply customer feedback from internal and external sources.
• Manage assets and inventory for cost control and efficiency.
• Ensure local office compliance with regulations and postings.
