Job summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a District HRPD Coordinator in Chandler, AZ. This role provides essential administrative support to HRPD Craft Recruiters and helps drive district-level projects and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), strong communication, research and analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
• Working towards HR designation preferred.
• Co‑op/internship or relevant experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HRPD principles, practices, procedures and employment legislation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to research and analyze information.
• Able to work independently or in a matrix organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills with a high level of detail and ability to multitask.
