• Assist HR with investigations and employee relations.
• Lead HR processes to promote engagement, culture and retention.
• Provide counsel to management on leaves, workers compensation and performance.
• Coordinate and deliver associate training including onboarding and leadership development.
• Act as SME for associate data and HR information systems.
• Respond to associate inquiries with high service levels.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends.
• Support recruitment with job requisitions and onboarding processes.
