Responsibilities

• Own the performance and profitability of your district.
• Lead and grow First Command–registered branch offices, including leases.
• Hire, employ, and manage district staff; oversee district operations and expenses.
• Oversee business planning, budgeting, and day-to-day operations.
• Invest in growth initiatives to meet performance targets.
• Own district financial results including growth and profitability.
• Recruit and develop financial advisors who grow the business.
• Drive pipeline activity, production, and client outcomes.
• Coach advisors to improve client acquisition, planning quality, and long-term success.
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and professionalism.
• Provide supervision and oversight of advisor activities.
• Ensure compliance and client-first culture.
• Grow your market through local business development and community relationships.
