Ferrellgas is seeking a District Manager for the Logan, OH area. This field-based leadership role requires owning the district's P&L, overseeing operations, developing talent, and driving customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• DOT or propane gas experience.
• CDL with hazmat endorsement.
• Solid understanding of distribution and dispatching.
• Solid understanding of expense management concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing positive rapport with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the district's business owner, overseeing P&L, budget, safety, sales growth and personnel development.
• Engage with field operations to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain customer relationships.
• Select, train and coach district employees and foster a culture of high performance.
• Ensure safety compliance with company standards and regulations, monitor safety performance across locations.
• Drive sales growth and expand market share while monitoring competitors and market trends.
• Travel between district locations to provide leadership and support.
