Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven leadership experience in operations management.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive budgets and margins.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department managers and superintendents to align with company policies and objectives.
• Lead safety program execution and safety audits to reinforce culture.
• Drive customer service focus and monitor NPS and client satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L and meet EBIT and gross margin targets across lines of business.
• Collaborate with sales to expand customer base and profitability of bids.
• Oversee service contract retention and address at-risk accounts using retention programs.
