Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in natural gas industry with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of education and work experience.
• Knowledge of federal safety codes and DOT regulations (Part 192, 199).

Responsibilities

• Implement operating and maintenance goals for the Kingman and Lake Havasu districts.
• Direct annual Capital and O&M budgets and manage local revenue retention and growth.
• supervise safety programs, contractor resources, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Liaise with government officials, customers, and contractors in the service territory.
• Manage and oversee union contract compliance, performance reviews, and staffing needs.
• On-call supervisory rotation and coordination with affiliates as needed.
