Job summary

KONE is seeking a District Field Trainer for the Central West Region (Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Albuquerque) to lead installation methods training, guide field teams, and drive safe, high-quality project delivery.

Requirements include 5+ years in elevator/escalator operations, strong leadership and coaching skills, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in elevator/escalator industry or related field.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level field training and guidance to support rollout of development projects and initiatives.
• Ensure field crews deliver installations and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach frontline operations and teams in the District Field Trainer role.
