Job summary

KONE is seeking a District Field Trainer for the Central West region to lead field training, coordinate installation and modernization initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills and involves extensive travel across the region.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and be capable of working across multiple teams to drive improvements and training excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of district field training or related leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level field training and guidance to support rollout of development projects and initiatives.
• Ensure field crews complete installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Installation Innovation & Enablement leadership to identify improvements and drive cross-functional coordination.
• Travel extensively to support regional needs (up to 75% or more, domestic and international).
