Qualifications

• 5+ years experience installing new equipment and modernizing elevators and escalators.
• Strong background at field installation level with progressive installation management, project management and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training.
• Audit documented processes to validate method alignment and provide feedback on changes needed.
• Evaluate installations and provide guidance to improve efficiency.
• Support tendering, installation planning and execution.
