KONE is seeking a District Field Trainer for the Central West region to lead field training efforts across Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Albuquerque. You will enhance field capabilities, guide installation and modernization projects, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant industry experience with leadership, coaching and training, plus willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive industry experience with management, coaching and training.
• Frontline labor operations management / IUEC field foreman or installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level field training and guidance to support rollout of development projects and initiatives, strengthening field capabilities across the organization.
• Ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes and quality standards.
• Travel up to 75% domestically and occasionally internationally to support training and rollout activities.

Job Duties

As our District Field Trainer, you will successfully Provide high-level field training and guidance to support the rollout of development projects, initiatives, and critical strategies, strengthening field capabilities across the organization. You’ll ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes, and quality standards while resolving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.

You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful industry experience with progressive experience in management, coaching, and training to KONE

• Frontline labor operations management / IUEC field foreman or installation experience preferred].

Other Hiring Requirements

• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources to achieve outcomes.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% or more, domestic and occasionally international).

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role in Denver, CO location is $135,500 – $177,870. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

• Olivette / St. Louis area hiring range: $126,600 – $166,215
• Salt Lake City, UT area hiring range: $126,600 – $166,215
• Phoenix AZ area hiring range: $126,600 – $166,615
• Albuquerque, NM area hiring range: $120,300 – $157,920

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
