Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a District Area Manager to lead day-to-day field operations across the portfolio, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise Project Managers and Regional Supervisors to drive on-time, on-budget project delivery with strong safety practices.

You will oversee field processes, review proposals with the Estimating Team, coordinate with Purchasing, and ensure resource alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or 15+ years related experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership/management experience in utility, and/or construction.
• Strong leadership and field operations experience with direct supervision of Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field construction and direct assigned Project Managers.
• Ensure project delivery stays on schedule and within budget.
• Improve field processes to drive consistent project delivery and safety.
• Coordinate with Regional Supervisors, Purchasing Manager, Business Manager, and Regional Manager.
• Review proposals, estimates, and change orders with Estimating Team to support accurate pricing and planning.
• Direct Project Managers to keep subcontractors on track and within budget.
