Job summary

Renaissance, a global leader in pre-K-12 education technology, seeks an education consultant to lead strategic implementation of Renaissance products for local public schools in Baltimore. This part-time contractor role requires onsite work with district personnel and collaboration across Renaissance teams.

Candidates must reside in or near Baltimore, Maryland. You will deliver PD on best practices, coordinate services, and build detailed schedules with the CSM team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering professional development to school districts.
• Knowledge of Renaissance products eduClimber and DNA.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in districts.
• Live in or around Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional development training on product usage.
• Coordinate professional development and technical services to the assigned district.
• Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team.
• Make recommendations for Best Practices.
• Communicate with district leaders in a timely and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with schools and Renaissance.
• Hold weekly status meetings with key district leaders.
• Deploy additional company resources as necessary.
• Work with campuses onsite as applicable to monitor implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve district implementation.
• Analyze data at district and school level after assessments.
• Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities.
