Responsibilities
Coordinate professional development and technical services.
Create a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team.
Make recommendations for 'Best Practices'.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain communication with schools and district leaders.
Hold weekly status meetings with district leaders.
Monitor implementation and form recommendations.
Analyze data at both district and school levels.
