Responsibilities

• Coordinate professional development and technical services.
• Create a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team.
• Make recommendations for 'Best Practices'.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain communication with schools and district leaders.
• Hold weekly status meetings with district leaders.
• Monitor implementation and form recommendations.
• Analyze data at both district and school levels.
