Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial and maintenance operations staff on district-wide facilities.
• Develop work plans, assign staff, and supervise on-the-job performance.
• Coordinate inventory, ordering of supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in staff evaluations and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with fire codes and safety regulations across sites.
• Oversee night/weekend building surveillance and security-related tasks.
• Plan and supervise snow/ice removal and event facility readiness.
