Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or financial-analysis experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to connect financial results to operational performance.
• Excellent Excel and data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district and operational leadership on financial performance and business decisions.
• Own district-level P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Analyze revenue, labor, overtime, route profitability, disposal expense, fleet costs, and other operating expenses.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and productivity improvements.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls with Accounting.
