Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a District Controller who acts as a finance business partner to Operations. You’ll work with the District Manager and local leadership to understand drivers of performance, turn financial data into better operational decisions, and influence budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across districts.
If you enjoy digging into the why behind the numbers and helping leaders improve performance, this could be a great fit for a fast-growing, multi-location team.
At Coastal Waste & Recycling, we're building more than a company, we're building a team. As one of the fastest-growing privately held waste and recycling companies in the Southeast, we're looking for people who take pride in their work, put safety first, and are ready to grow with us.
Coastal Waste & Recycling is growing, and we’re looking for a District Controller who wants to be more than the person who reports the numbers.
This role is a true finance business partner to Operations. You’ll work closely with the District Manager and local leadership team to understand what is driving performance, identify opportunities, challenge the business when needed, and help turn financial data into better operational decisions.
If you enjoy being close to the business, digging into the why behind the numbers, and helping leaders improve performance, this could be a great fit.
CPA or MBA, experience in waste, logistics, transportation, fleet-intensive operations, construction, or another multi-location operating environment, and experience with acquisitions or integrations are all a plus.
Coastal Waste & Recycling is a rapidly growing company with an entrepreneurial mindset. We’re continuing to build and improve how we operate, which means this is an opportunity to have a real voice in the business rather than simply inherit a finished playbook.
