Canteen is seeking a District Chef to oversee culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts. You will support a team, ensure safety and sanitation, and travel across Kingsport, TN, Asheville, NC, Hickory, NC and Winston-Salem, NC to manage operations.

The role requires a culinary degree (preferred) with 5+ years of culinary management and 2+ years multi-site leadership, high-volume catering experience, and strong cost-control skills.

Formación

• Culinary degree preferred.
• 5+ years of culinary management experience.
• At least 2 years of multi-site culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience.
• Experience managing cost controls.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top foodservice company.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts.
• Support a team of associates and oversee safety and sanitation across accounts.
• Travel between Kingsport, TN; Asheville, NC; Hickory, NC; and Winston-Salem, NC.
• Drive innovation in all accounts and develop new culinary programs.
• Manage cost controls and inventory for the district.
• Teach, train and mentor chefs across the region and roll out culinary programs.
