Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Experience leading safety as a business practice with OSHA/DOT familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Uphold and enforce compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Hire, supervise, and lead operations office staff.
• Promote ethical behavior and lead by example.
• Achieve financial and service quality goals for the district operations team.
• Coordinate sales activities with operational activities within the district.
• Monitor financial impact on the district and ensure profitability.
• Promote and direct compliance with company policies and standards.
• Communicate effectively to employees, customers, vendors, and community members.
• Present monthly and quarterly results clearly and professionally.
• Basic to moderate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
