Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead district operations, drive growth, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. You will build and mentor the management team, oversee staffing, plan responsibilities, and implement company programs across the branch.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years in a senior management role, and strong analytical and leadership skills. Travel, licensing, and a background check are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Successful background managing in pest control industry a plus.
• Available to travel as well as participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver’s license/clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team.
• Drive the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the district management team.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
