Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Asset Protection Leader to implement AP programs, lead investigations, and support field teams across assigned markets. You will drive shrink reduction, enforce policies, and coordinate with security functions and law enforcement to protect assets and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in loss prevention, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in retail loss prevention asset protection management.
2+ years’ experience with multiple store and/or total store management responsibility.
Experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel strongly preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
Formal interview training through Wicklander-Zulawski (basic and/or advanced).

Responsibilities

Complete store health assessments to ensure overall operational compliance in assigned stores.
Coordinate and supervise the use of outside agencies for security functions within assigned markets.
Conduct timely, ethical, and professional investigations of all potential internal theft incidents.
Maintain professional liaison with all local law enforcement officials to ensure appropriate coordination of investigations and/or prosecutions.
Facilitate meetings/trainings to all levels of field personnel as required due to market needs and priorities.
Attain budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance within assigned market.
