Job summary

The Kroger Company is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to oversee AP operations across district stores, including investigations, shrink analysis, and safety initiatives. You will manage security resources, work with law enforcement, and lead training programs to reduce incidents and losses.

Candidates should have multiple-store AP supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multi-store format retail AP supervisory experience.
• Proficient with CCTV, alarm, access control and locking systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; LPQ/LPC/CPP/CFI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district manager to execute shrink & safety plans.
• Conduct internal and external investigations and report findings.
• Manage store security resources and reinforce protective measures.
• Lead AP programs and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with law enforcement for investigations and hearings.
• Provide AP training and audits as needed.
• Travel to stores regularly to support AP initiatives.
• Supervise and coach AP staff and perform performance reviews.
• Support safety initiatives and incident response.
