The Home Depot seeks a District Asset Protection Manager to lead theft and fraud mitigation, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple New Jersey stores. You will train store leaders, drive MPS adherence, and coordinate with district leadership to protect assets and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensure/certification to comply and requirement that varies by location.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of an associate's degree program.

Responsabilités

• Drive execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS), Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs; promote safety initiatives.
• Review shrink and fraud indicators; analyze data and partner with law enforcement as needed.
• Hire, coach, and develop AP associates; conduct performance reviews and talent planning.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and government relations to support district operations.
