Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead theft and fraud mitigation, safety, and environmental compliance across stores. You will coach and partner with district leadership to achieve AP and store operations goals.

You will drive MPS compliance, investigate theft cases, manage external partnerships, and develop AP teams. The role requires 18+ years, US work eligibility, an associate degree (or equivalent), and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of protection standards, safety initiatives, and related programs across stores.
• Conduct internal and external theft investigations, review cases, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Hire, coach, and develop AP staff; manage performance and deliverables; supervise 5–8 direct reports.
• Travel typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
