Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager (DAPM) to lead theft and fraud reduction across multiple stores. You will teach, coach, and train store leadership and associates on protection programs, safety, and environmental compliance while coordinating with district leaders to achieve AP and Store Ops goals.

This role requires the ability to multi-task, hire and develop AP staff, and build partnerships with law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of work experience in asset protection or related field.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of merchandise protection standards and shrink initiatives.
• Investigate internal and external theft and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Recruit, train, and develop AP staff and manage performance.
