Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead training and execution of core AP initiatives across stores. You will partner with District and Store leadership, APS, and law enforcement to mitigate theft, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence.

You will coach store leaders, manage investigations, and help reduce shrink while aligning with company policies and government requirements. This role requires travel and multi-store oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of Merchandise Protection Standards and safety initiatives; partner with leadership and law enforcement.
• Lead investigations of internal and external theft; review shrink data and implement mitigation strategies.
• Hire, coach, and develop AP staff; conduct performance reviews and ensure proper documentation.
