Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District or Multi-Unit experience.
• Experience conducting internal investigations and managing apprehension programs is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to all stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with various teams on asset protection matters.
• Audit financial, merchandising, and operations divisions.
• Provide strategic direction for asset protection programs.
• Oversee shortage control staffing and budget management.
• Conduct and manage investigations and audits.
• Monitor physical security systems across locations.
• Build relationships with law enforcement for legal matters.
