Bloomingdale's is seeking an Asset Protection Practitioner to safeguard assets and people at our King of Prussia location. You will use analytics and investigative skills to reduce shrink and ensure store compliance with AP plans.

Join a team focused on partnership, training, and proactive prevention. The role requires 1–3 years in asset protection, strong communication, and the ability to work with all levels of management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years' experience in asset protection / loss prevention.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Well organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of physical security aspects of the job including alarms and CCTV.

Mansioni

• Lead AP efforts and shrink reduction within store.
• Develop open lines of communication with AP, store colleagues, central and corporate executives.
• Facilitate training of store colleagues on shortage and theft mitigation.
• Utilize reporting and data to drive shortage control and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with retailers, law enforcement, mall management, and counsel.
• Provide a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
• Drive improvements in store safety and audit compliance.
