Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead theft and fraud mitigation, safety programs, and environmental compliance across multiple stores. You will coach store leadership, coordinate with DM, APS, and local law enforcement, and drive core AP initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, investigation experience, and the ability to manage several stores, with travel 5-20%. The position reports to the Regional Asset Protection Manager and oversees 5–8 direct

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3+ years multi-unit retail AP experience.
• Experience in investigations including interviews.
• Ability to lead and train teams.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of MPS, Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs and safety initiatives.
• Review shrink trends by store and class, and address opportunities.
• Hire, coach, and develop AP associates; perform performance reviews.
