Job summary

Sephora is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager based in Houston to lead asset protection strategies across multiple stores. You will reduce shrink, mitigate risk, and drive operational excellence through data‑driven decisions while developing a district team of Asset Protection Partners.

You will recruit and train staff, conduct audits, and collaborate with store leadership and corporate teams to resolve protection matters.

Qualifications

• Multi‑Unit Asset Protection experience required.
• Investigative experience with discretion and integrity.
• Crisis management in retail environments.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.
• Analytical thinking to identify trends and mitigate theft.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute districtwide asset protection strategies to reduce shrink and drive operational improvements.
• Identify and resolve safety and profit risks in partnership with store and corporate leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead Asset Protection Partners across the district.
• Design and deliver training programs on safety, audits, and best practices.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and assessments for policy adherence.
• Lead investigations into shrink, internal theft, and fraud with discretion.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends and mitigate theft; oversee CCTV and alarms.
• Build relationships with law enforcement, mall security, and industry partners.
