Burlington Stores is hiring a District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection, shortage control, and safety programs across stores in the district. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in retail AP, familiarity with Think LP and Secure 5, and strong leadership with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District/Multi-Unit responsibility.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional partnerships with district, regional and store management, HR, legal, operations, and inventory control teams on asset protection matters.
• Audit locations to provide focused analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead implementation of asset protection programs and train store teams on objectives.
• Oversee shortage control staffing and manage payroll/expenses per budget.
• Conduct investigations and manage external apprehension programs, audits, and system controls.
• Maintain physical security across locations including CCTV, alarms, and EAS; liaise with law enforcement and legal professionals.
