Job summary

RYSS Texas Public Schools seeks a District-Wide ACE Content Specialist to lead the design, alignment, implementation, and continuous improvement of ACE content across seven centers. The role ensures resources are coherent, evidence-based, and aligned to TEKS, HQIM, and grant outcomes to accelerate student achievement and positive youth development.

The specialist will coach staff, analyze progress data, and coordinate enrichment, college/career, and family engagement initiatives, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, reading/literacy, mathematics, STEM or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; teaching certificate preferred; ESL/bilingual, special ed, or STEM credentials desirable.
• Clear Texas driver's license; frequent travel among campuses.
• Criminal history/fingerprinting screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, alignment, implementation, and improvement of ACE content across seven centers.
• Align tutoring and enrichment with TEKS, HQIM, and grant outcomes; coach staff.
• Analyze progress data and adjust instruction to accelerate achievement and youth development.
• Develop coherent scope-and-sequence, lesson templates, and staff training for afterschool/summer programs.
• Support culturally responsive, accessible learning experiences for diverse learners.
