Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Coordinate audits on accounts payable vouchers for accuracy, validity, and GAAP compliance; provide documentation to Central Office, Auditor of Public Accounts and internal auditors as requested.
• Field Assistance: Research and resolve vendor payment disputes; ensure card transactions are processed timely and reconciled monthly.
• Program Leadership: Oversee district-wide accounts payable/receivable; direct staff; troubleshoot issues and ensure documentation per policies.
• Training: Identify need and perform training for accounting or field fiscal personnel.
