Job summary

CONMED Corporation is expanding its Foot & Ankle division and is adding 1099 distributor reps nationwide who have established relationships within the Foot & Ankle space. This role focuses on growing sales through surgeon networks and leveraging the full portfolio of arthroplasty, biologic, fixation, implant, suture anchor, and instrumentation offerings.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of medical device sales experience, strong surgeon connections, and prior distributorship or 1099 experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in foot and ankle.
• Active relationships with surgeons in designated geography.
• Have acted as a principal in a distributorship/business or with other similar 1099 experience preferably in the F&A space.

Responsibilities

• Represent CONMED Foot & Ankle portfolio to potential customers as a 1099 distributor.
• Leverage established relationships with surgeons in designated geography.
• Support company growth initiatives in the Foot & Ankle space.
