Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Distribution Support Associate to assist with shipping, packaging, and material movement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role ensures finished goods are protected for shipment, materials are delivered to production areas, and inventory remains accurate to support timely customer deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, maintaining packaging quality, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or material handling is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, packaging, material movement, and production operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and verify customer orders for shipment and maintain shipping documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organize finished goods and packaging materials.
