Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the weekend shift in Winter Haven, FL. You will lead hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse, drive performance toward KPIs, and coach staff to improve processes and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a supervisory role, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree and Lean Six Sigma training are a plus and may support career growth within the company.
