Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Fort Worth is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead 5–15 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse. You will drive productivity, ensure high service levels, and maintain a safe, compliant workplace while coaching staff for growth and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and job-specific software. A Bachelor’s is not required; focus is on hands-on leadership.
