Oshkosh Corporation's JLG division is seeking a 1st shift Distribution Supervisor to lead outbound operations, ensure on-time shipments, and maintain a safe, productive environment. This role will coach teams, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across dock activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with three or more years of manufacturing and distribution experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Associate degree in a related field (standout).
• Previous supervisory/lead experience in distribution setting or equivalent (standout).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound operations for LTL, International, CAT and Hazmat shipments.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to monitor workflow and readiness.
• Review WMS queues, reports, and exceptions to identify issues.
• Identify and address hazardous materials or priority freight for timely shipment.
• Oversee dock organization, loading, and team performance.
• Conduct stand-up and handoff meetings with leadership and shifts.
