Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred (as stated).
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organization skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and support, fostering inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
