Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Wisconsin is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead up to 50 associates in receiving, picking, packing and shipping within our distribution network, driving safety and efficiency.

You will drive process improvements, monitor labor productivity and KPIs, coach staff, and use Manhattan Warehouse Management System to minimize non-value activities, while maintaining high customer service and cost discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Operations Management preferred, or 5+ years of related supervisory experience.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise up to 50 associates.
Drive continual process improvement focusing on accuracy, schedules, inventory and costs.
Coaching, training and mentoring staff; conduct annual performance evaluations.
Monitor labor productivity and KPIs; improve performance versus prior year and plan objectives.
Promote safety leadership and maintain a safe work environment.
