Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to support the Shift Manager in receiving, packing and shipment of finished goods. You will assign daily work, address performance issues and help resolve problems to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead a team, coach and develop associates, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic distribution center environment. This role requires flexibility with hours and shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work based on facility needs and balance workloads.
• Enforce standard methods and drive improvements to procedures.
• Lead training, coaching and development of associates; support Shift Manager.
• Maintain department metrics and safety compliance; participate in continuous improvement.
