Job summary

DCL Logistics is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee daily order processing and ensure on-time fulfillment within our US distribution network. You will lead a team of 15-20 distribution associates, develop daily plans to meet productivity targets, and coach staff to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll monitor performance metrics, enforce 5S and safety standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with DCL Logistics’ quality

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Experience with B2B & B2C operations is a plus.
• Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order processing operations to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of 15-20 distribution associates.
• Conduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and recognition initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety.
• Adheres to 5S Standards; maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
• Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned.
