5.11, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Sat-Wed) to lead daily warehouse operations and support the DC Manager in achieving productivity, quality, safety, and service goals.

The role oversees receiving, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory movement, and employee performance in a fast-paced distribution environment, with a focus on developing staff and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment center.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, and inventory management processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound distribution operations.
• Manage staffing and labor allocation to support changing business demands.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and accuracy metrics.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, certification programs, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer commitments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and Lean practices.

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and supporting the Distribution Center Manager in achieving productivity, quality, safety, and service objectives. This role oversees receiving, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory movement, and employee performance within a fast-paced distribution environment.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure production goals and customer commitments are met.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment center environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, and inventory management processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Pay Range: $72,000-$75,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
