Job summary

Trulieve in Columbus, Ohio, is hiring a Distribution Supervisor to lead distribution associates under the Distribution Manager. You will interview, hire, and coach staff; monitor attendance; ensure policy compliance; and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire distribution associates with the manager.
• Provide feedback and leadership to distribution staff.
• Track attendance and point system for associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies across the facility.
• Design and implement new processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with inventory, manufacturing, and sales on issues.
• Create and maintain distribution reporting tools.
• Prepare manifests and invoices for outgoing orders.
